  1. Imagine you are a Washington lobbyist. What would be your mainmessages regarding changes needed in the health system (if any), if youworked for an association representing generalist physicians? What ifyou worked on behalf of Medicare patients? Non-profit communityhospi­tals? The insurance industry? The chronically ill? Communityhealth clinics that serve poor and vulnerable populations? How wouldyour messages be similar or different, and why?

How will health reform impact the health care workforce?   • The question is answered briefly with little effort of discussion provoking your peers to respond. Very little critical thinking or effort utilized to answer the questions, no contribution to further discussion.
