Question Description

Review the different kinds of art media covered in Modules 3 and 4. Choose one work of art from one of the virtual museum tours. Write a one-page essay describing the impact of the work’s media.

Include title, artist, date, location, dimensions, medium of the work, and the name of the exhibition/museum in which the work is displayed.
Introduce the reader to the work of art by writing a brief, overall description of how it looks.
Describe role of the work’s media in its’ overall form and content.

The texts of each exhibit vary, but most include the artist’s biography and information about individual images and the artist’s style. It is also important to enjoy the experience. Hopefully, you will be inspired by the virtual tour. Your response to the tour is your Discussion Post for this week. You are not required to write a paper.
